Sushi-Ko in Las Vegas

Great little hole in the wall spot to eat yummy hibachi! It was a hidden gem that my bff recommended & now we've been coming here for years! It does get busy on the weekend; so make a reservation (especially for hibachi). The staff is pretty on point & friendly. We have encountered a problem with a reservation time going WAY over our reservation time; but they were quick to make it right by giving us free appetizers & a generous discount from our bill. They did do a remodel, name change & I believe they have an all you can eat sushi (not sure of the price...I don't eat sushi) now. Check it out!

just as good as benihana, only thing is the creamy sauce (hibachi table) was a lil bland, other than that great place!

Initially I had waited for a while without any service.All worth the wait. We used a Groupon. We had miso soup and salad before the cook arrived.which we're both amazing. We had the calamari and shrimp lover which we're both served with your choice of white or fried rice and veggies. The cook was very fun and interactive. We were served a mountain of food. Both meals were delicious 🤯 looking forward to our next visit

We went here on New Years Eve & used a Groupon. We sat at the teppanyaki table & our chef was great! Very entertaining & engaging, the food was cooked perfectly & seasoned very well. We will definitely add Sushi Ko to our date night rotation!

Pretty good sushi here! They have some nice specialties rolls that are tasty!

Did a hibachi dinner with my family and it was absolutely wonderful. Kinda wished they did hot Jasmine tea, but that is only a minor issue. Regardless, service was superb and I will return in the future.

Food was good and fresh. Sushi chefs were pleasant. But they were out of several beers and the waiter never cleared one empty sushi plate, wrapper or bowl the entire meal. We stacked them to the side. It was only us and another couple so he wasn't too busy to do it. Just never bothered.

The food was fabulous. The service was fast and delicious. Extremely clean establishment and lunch hours during the week the restaurant is very peaceful and not that crowded. You can get a lot of work done or reading.

The Gold menu on the all you can eat is amazing. I have three sushi restaurants in Vegas that I love, but this place is the best by far. The foie gras is amazing, and the staff is great. For an all you can eat, this place is the best.

Great food and great prices, customer service can be a little better as was waiting around a lot of the times for someone to order food and stuff but overall worth it and would recommend to give a try

Great place to eat. Service was slow and a bit confusing as servers switched few times. Apart of that food was great. Especially delicious mixed fried rice and of course desert was amazing. I'd definitely recommend this place a friend!

1 star for food tasting good. 1 star for the nice waiter. Otherwise, my experience here wasn't great. Everything was a waiting game. To be acknowledged up on arrival, for water, for food...everything took a really, really long time. Long story short, one waiter and one chef on a Friday lunch rush is unacceptable. The owner/manager should know better.

I do not know why this is listed as Sushi Ko on the Internet, as for a bit of time now it has new signage on it as Sushi 88! Very misleading.I ordered a bento box to go. Cost $20+ for lunch. Wilted lettuce. Soggy tempura. Sushi fell apart. Only decent item was chicken teriyaki.I won’t be returning,

Michael, the sushi chef that served us at the sushi bar, is a straight-up artist. We ordered a scallops "summer" special and since my girlfriend has fruit allergies, we requested that the strawberry-apricot relish be left off half. Michael asked questions about which fruits were okay and instead of just leaving it half-finished, he came up with ways to make the presentation and flavors still work beautifully on the plate, and separated the portions on the plate so there wouldn't be any accidental mix-ups. Both halfs were delicious. Thank you for an incredible meal! Absolutely recommend.

Last nights dinner, Burnt rice, burnt eggs in the rice, burnt vegetables, burnt meat, dirty drink glasses, dirty seats, drunk chef, funny tasting soup, not at all worth the money we spent. Not even one special mention of the special occasion we were celebrating. The worst teppanyaki I’ve ever been to in Las Vegas. Groupon or not this place is crappy.

This place was amazing! They had great portions and the food was delicious! They also had such nice servers who were very on top of it and they were super friendly! We ordered the bento boxes and we even had so much take out that we have lunch for the next day. We also ordered the calamari which had some bomb dipping sauce. The fried oysters were pretty good too. Overall, it was extremely satisfying and one of the best dinners we had so far! Definitely recommend this place and we are definitely coming back!

Amazing Sushi, couldn't get enough. Really good prices. The Shshi chef is a master in his craft. Will definitely come back.

Good variety..great service

One of the best sushi places of the year I believe. Everything is prepared fresh. The chiefs know everything there is on sushi and if you go during happy hours the house sake (all be it not the best sake) is very very cheap

The Steak & Shrimp were delicious! Our chief was awesome and the servers were great!

Went with my 13 year old daughter for a daddy daughter date. We sat at the sushi bar and both enjoyed it. She liked the food presentation. The selection was good, food tastes good, atmosphere was nicely themed and the prices were reasonable. We heard some younger children laughing at the chef and awe with excitement at their habachi table with the fire demonstration. Great place to go.

Like it... it's not Habachi...it's Teppanyaki....so the difference is they add they're special seasonings during the cooking process...when done correctly it is delicious and you won't even miss the dipping sauces! Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because servers are slow and I ordered a salmon skin roll for appetizer and never got it...

Quiet atmosphere and really good sushi for a great price.

Food is so delicious! Wide variety of rolls for whatever strikes your mood. Reasonable prices. Miguel is extremely nice and personable. Highly recommend it!

The sushi is fresh and delicious. You can't beat the happy hour special, $5 a roll on the happy hour menu. The service is just above terrible, the staff is very nice but not very attentive. *Update* 1/25/19, went back in for thier happy hour this evening. The service tonight was actually exceptional. The staff was friendly and attentive ensuring we had everything we needed.

Wow! Pleasantly surprised with the happy hour menu and prices. Food was great! Service good as well. Just a bit slow with plates, soy sauce and wasabi. I had to ask 3 times too many. All in all the food was yummy so I am happy. We had Grand Canyon, Hot Night, Spicy Tuna roll and some Albacore tuna. We would definitely recommend these.

Delicious food. Had lunch here. Great pricing. Rolls are big. Try the rattle snake roll. It's different but delicious.

Awesome experience at "Sushi 88" Waiters are friendly and timely. I had no problem with wait times for next platter as it is mostly handmade. Highly recommend tier 3 all you can eat. Will be back next time i visit Vegas

Really great service and great entertainment while on the wallet and they are joint with Groupon which is even better. Handicap access decor is great and parking available all around. Great deals as well

Lenin was an amazing hibachi chef. So talented and the food was amazing. Made our trip here from Colorado wonderful. The service from the front counter to the sushi chef was outstanding!!!

Excellent Hibachi experience. We used a groupon for a date night and the service was great. Definitely recommending this to everyone. This is our second visit, and our first.Hibachi experience.

Since moving here from California, my husband and I have had a hard time finding quality sushi at a reasonable price. Not only was the food here excellent, the service was great, the restaurant was clean and we left agreeing that this was the best sushi place we have been to in a while. It's not close to home for us, but we will definitely make the trip to eat here again. Absolutely reccomend.

Been here a few times with a group of friends and the sushi I great. Tried the pork belly sliders and the flavor was so good. I always love when I can find steamed shumai and they have that here. We will be back again.

Amazing place. Great food and service. Even the atmosphere though noticably affected due to covid was enjoyable. They have a beautiful painting on the wall that makes a perfect statement. SAM was our waiter, the one who took our order at least and was worth mentioning as well. Thank you for serving my table.
